Content IP Engine — Agentic Daily Content Pipeline

A scheduled, agent-driven content factory for a personal-growth creator: it runs a thrice-weekly loop from topic generation to script, storyboard, and editing notes to publish copy — short-form and long-form from a single topic — with Slack as the human-in-the-loop interface.

01

Overview

Solo content creation dies at consistency, not ideas. The bottleneck isn't "what do I make" — it's running the same multi-stage pipeline (research → script → storyboard → edit → publish) on schedule, week after week, without burning out. I turned that pipeline into a system: a structured workspace plus scheduled agent jobs that draft every stage from a shared knowledge base, leaving me the high-leverage decisions — which topic, final edit, hit publish.

Process

  1. 01

Knowledge base as source of truth

Codified the brand into machine-readable context: positioning (personal growth, AI learning, skill building, earning challenges), audience personas, per-platform rules, and a topic-priority rubric. Every generated artifact is grounded in these files, so the voice stays consistent across hundreds of pieces instead of drifting with each session.

  2. 02

    Scheduled three-stage pipeline

Three jobs on a weekly clock: topic lists generate Sun/Tue/Thu 20:00; production materials — script, storyboard, editing notes — generate Mon/Wed/Fri 08:00; publish copy, titles, and tags generate Tue/Thu/Sat 12:00. One chosen topic fans out into both a short-form and a long-form plan. Each run drops a dated folder of artifacts built from shared templates, so the output is uniform and auditable.

  3. 03

    Slack as the human loop

The system isn't fire-and-forget — it's a collaborator. Drafts are delivered to Slack with delivery-state and reply-monitoring tracked persistently; I discuss and finalize the topic, the pipeline handles the rest. The handoffs are explicit (final-topic, final-video-notes), so a human decision is always the gate between stages, never an afterthought.

03

Result

An ad-hoc creator hustle turned into a repeatable operating system — a content pipeline that runs on a schedule, grounds every draft in one brand, and asks for me only where judgment actually matters. The real insight: for solo creators the leverage isn't a better idea, it's removing the per-piece activation energy. Once the pipeline runs itself, consistency stops being a willpower problem and becomes an infrastructure one.
